Order Processing
All of our items are made to order.
Many of our items are made to order meaning they are only made when ordered. Due to this please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and created before dispatch.
Business days do not include weekends, bank holidays, or public holidays.
During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly extended. We will always aim to complete your order as quickly as possible.
Only after this processing time is your order then ready for Royal Mail collection. Delivery estimates are from when Royal Mail collects your order and do not include this processing time.
Any delivery times provided are an estimate based on courier information, we are not responsible for courier delays.

Shipping & Delivery
UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked48 at a fee of £3.95. A tracking number will be added to your order once it is ready for Royal Mail collection but please be aware it may not be collected by Royal Mail until the following working day.
Royal Mail estimates that delivery will take 2-5 business days after dispatch, however this is not a guarantee and can take longer depending on external factors that are out of our control, such as staff shortages within the postal system, busy holiday periods, extreme weather conditions etc.
Free UK shipping is available on orders £75+ (automatically applied at checkout).

Republic of Ireland Delivery
All R.O.l. orders are currently sent by Royal Mail International Tracked at a fee of £8.95.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing parcels.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking number.
We recommend keeping your tracking details safe until your order has been received.
